The bot does not have any budget requirements, but the exchange does not allow you to create orders less/more than the limits set by the rules.
You can find the limits on this page: www.binance.com/ru/trade-rule (see the columns "Min Order Size" and "Min Trade Amount").
For reinsurance against unwanted situations in the bot, you should set at least 110% (or preferably from 150%) of the minimum allowable order size.
