What to do if threads can not be added?

If new threads can not be added when you click on the «Add» button, then the bot is not yet (or already) activated. You should check whether the license is activated, whether it is done correctly and whether the current license is not expired.

The bot only works on the computer on which it was activated. To work on another device, you need to transfer the license to another device.

If a VPN is used, you should check if the hash of the device changes in the bot settings when the VPN is turned on. Some VPNs emulate another device, in which case you will have to decide how to activate the bot - with the VPN turned on or off, or transfer the bot to a remote server (recommended).
